Each participant will need to bring their own personal first aid kit. You will also need your own personal medication if appropriate (e.g. inhalers etc.)
Plasters – plenty of plasters, all sizes, preferably hypoallergenic.
Blister Pads (“Compeed”) – large (heel) and small (toe)
Antiseptic Wipes – at least 5-6 antiseptic wipes

Personal Medication if applicable, such as:

Hayfever tablets
If you are taking any medication, these should be shown to your Expedition Supervisor or attending school staff on arrival. This includes paracetamol or over-the-counter medications.
Any medical condition, injury, illness or allergy must be declared on your Medical Consent Form so that your Expedition Supervisor is aware.
